7.3.2024 (good energy coming)

good stuff

• bank account is low but my spirit is high!

• today got the piano tuner to come, now it's getting closer, he said around 5 semitones below the standard tuning. sounding brighter than before now.

• kept practising the Keith Jarrett piece i love. 練習到忘記時間

• pumped to make new albums! got one interesting 6/4 piece sketched out within half a day.... quite fast for my standard!

• overall mo mud anxiety today, quite positive mood

bad stuff

• not too much, but lunch ate mun wah sheung chaan, with instant noodle so not very healthy

• what else... studio still a bit messy... but no one visiting i guess can slowly jub lol
