7.11.2023 (carousell cute story)

got a cute little story to share to you today about carousell. so i sold a mini amp which I havent touched for years. asked for $400 a kid offered $350 i said ok. when i met him it's a high school boy, seems like south east asian. then today i saw he gave me a 4 star rating... it's actually my first time not getting 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -_- at first me siu siu unhappy cos i dunno what i did wrong. I still gave him 5 stars. n then after thinking a while, i decided to ask him hey may i ask if everything's fine, why the 4 stars? then he said one of the buttons not always working. so i said, oh sorry about that i didnt intend to sell you sth faulty. if it really bothers you i can take it back

then he said ok im changing the review to 5 stars cos you're a nice guy.

one educational story about how communication can sometimes change the situation to a lot better.... i could've just given him 4 stars in return, but trying to talk to him resolved the issue
