15.12.2023 (1st theatre rehearsal exp.)

today got a carousell sell in KT. then went back studio for a while for housekeeping stuff. then took 74X bus to Tai Po Arts Center to watch CCDC theatre rehearsal. there were 10 movement artists. quite interesting to watch them improvise. the performance would be starting mid Jan 2024 at the Box. the piece would be about death, n the creative director wants to present a taboo topic in a more cheerful or "confronting" way. honestly some parts a little triggering for me too. but im glad for the chance to work on sth like this. always been a wishlist to perform in experimental theatre.

6:30pm after watching the rehearsal, sky was already dark. felt a huge dose of loneliness and emotions. so even after learning to manage the anxiety, this still happens.

ppl saying coming days will be cold. hope u stay warm. keep ur shoulders warm.

took another long 74X ride back to Kwun Tong. reading a kindle book about meaning of freedom vs repression from the society. reli going thru sth huge in my life i know.

confronting my biggest fears is not easy. saying ga yau to myself.
